On Friday, September 6th, we hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for The Peanut Queen in Wakefield. Congratulations to this wonderful new business!

On Thursday, September 5th we had a Breakfast Meeting hosted by Schultz Lawnscapes. This meeting was open to all Chamber members and those in attendance thought it was a great idea. This is an example of businesses coming together to support each other. If your business would like to host a breakfast meeting or a business after hours, let us know.

The former Cowling's building on Rt 460 in Waverly is available for rent.  The building is completely furnished, including equipment needed to operate a restaurant.  With a spacious interior, huge parking lot, and "can't miss it" location, the former Cowling's building might just be the perfect building and home for your business!

The Chamber would like to remind its members to be on the lookout for membership renewal notices on or around December 1.  These are automated email notices that will come directly from the Chamber's membership system.  For members who joined in the last quarter of 2022, they will not need to renew until January 2024 and should not receive a notice on December 1.
